The boundaries, responsibilities, and operating rules behind Ink & Echo.

By accessing or using the Ink & Echo website, public preview, or installed app, you agree to these Terms & Responsible Use requirements. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

These terms apply to the website experience, the public preview surface, and the installed app, together with any related content, documentation, or support channels we provide.

You may use Ink & Echo only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

If the product offers accounts, device-specific state, or optional connections to third-party services, you are responsible for activity conducted through your device, your credentials, and any connected provider accounts you choose to use.

Ink & Echo is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not use the product as a hosted service, resale product, redistribution tool, commercial media pipeline, catalog mirroring service, or shared ingestion system for third parties without prior written permission.

You must use Ink & Echo lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, license terms, provider terms, and rights-holder restrictions.

You may not use the product to access, import, copy, transmit, download, store, or manage media in a way that violates copyright law, contract obligations, terms of service, or other legal restrictions.

Ink & Echo does not endorse piracy, infringement, unauthorized copying, unlawful streaming, or unlawful acquisition of copyrighted media.

The existence of library tools, playback tools, metadata tools, import tools, or optional service connections does not mean any file, URL, feed, provider, or external source is approved, licensed, safe, or lawful to use.

You are solely responsible for any files, links, URLs, RSS feeds, metadata sources, provider configurations, account credentials, or third-party services you choose to import, connect, enable, or rely on.

You are also responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use, store, stream, download, copy, or otherwise handle that material or service through Ink & Echo.

Ink & Echo may interoperate with third-party services, metadata sources, or provider systems that we do not own or control. Those services may change APIs, terms, pricing, behavior, output, rate limits, or availability at any time.

Third-party integrations are optional. They may fail, be degraded, be restricted, return incomplete results, or stop functioning altogether without notice, and we are not responsible for maintaining their continuity.

We do not warrant that third-party sources, metadata, previews, imported files, provider results, or external service responses are accurate, complete, lawful, safe, current, or available.

The website preview is a showcase surface. It is designed to represent the product experience, but it does not guarantee that every installed-app behavior, third-party result, or future release state will be identical.

If you use external services, import third-party files, or rely on outside links or feeds, you do so entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for assessing legality, authenticity, malware risk, privacy exposure, licensing status, provider reliability, and any consequences that may arise from using those materials or services.

Ink & Echo, including the product design, software, branding, text, visuals, layout, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except for limited rights expressly granted by these terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the product and related materials.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, mirror, frame, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, automate against, or otherwise misuse Ink & Echo except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

You may not use the product to harvest data, circumvent security, interfere with service operation, bypass product boundaries, overload external services, or create derivative commercial experiences from the website preview or installed app without permission.

We may suspend, restrict, limit, disable, or block access to the website, preview, app features, or any related service at any time if we reasonably believe misuse, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, or operational harm is occurring.

We may also remove or restrict functionality that depends on third-party services or sensitive workflows when necessary to protect the product, our users, or external systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink & Echo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, security against all threats, compatibility with every file or service, continued availability of any third-party provider, or the legality or safety of any external source.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services, imported files, provider outages, inaccurate metadata, broken integrations, unsupported media, unlawful use, or your reliance on any external source or provider connection.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will govern future use as of the posted effective date.

Your continued use of Ink & Echo after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, stop using the product.
